So I guess I’ve been selfish lately. It’s not always all about me. Sometimes, I guess I just need to calm down, take a step back, a deep breath, and realize that problems exist that do not involve me. I feel like a jerk, but definitely glad that the words were spoken between us tonight and that, in the haste and chaos of the evening, we were able to get away and spend those few moments discussing things together. I’m really looking forward to this friendship and seeing where this all goes. I hope it’s an everlasting friendship, because when you’re up, I’m up. I’m so happy I have you and I honestly would be totally lost without you these past few weeks…

Finally, I can end a post with a smile.
